These terms apply to purchases through our website. Please read them together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. You may not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities or interfere with its operation.
PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We sell printed products, including clothing, suitcases, luggage covers, towels and wall art. Many physical products are produced after an order is placed using production partners, including Printify.
Please review the product description, measurements, size guide and available options before ordering.
Some images are illustrative mockups. Screen settings and printing processes can cause minor differences in colour or placement. These differences do not excuse a product that is defective, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The currency applicable to your purchase is shown at checkout. Please check the final currency and total before paying.
Product charges, shipping and applicable taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or transaction fees.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout, which may include PayFast.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an already accepted order.
ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you promptly. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
If an order is cancelled because we cannot fulfil it, amounts paid for the cancelled items and any associated undelivered shipping will be refunded.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery estimates are shown in our product information, Shipping Policy or checkout. Production time is separate from transit time unless stated otherwise.
Items may be produced at different locations and delivered in separate parcels.
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Any statutory delivery, cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to the destinations available at checkout.
Orders may be fulfilled from outside your country. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, customs duties, import taxes and local clearance charges may be payable by the recipient.
Please review the delivery information before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification about charges collected by us.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order or change its size, design or delivery address.
Because production may begin soon after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee discretionary changes or cancellations once production has started. We will confirm what is possible for your order.
This operational restriction does not override cancellation, cooling-off or other rights provided by applicable law. An item is not automatically exempt from those rights simply because it is printed after ordering.

RETURNS, DEFECTS AND REFUNDS
Please contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably possible.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item to a production partner.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the process, eligibility and relevant timeframes. It does not remove your statutory rights.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Where offered, digital products are downloads; no physical item is shipped.
Unless a listing expressly grants commercial rights, digital artwork is licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or share the digital files.
Any applicable withdrawal rights and consent requirements for immediate digital delivery will be addressed before download. Faulty or incorrectly supplied files remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding and artwork are owned by Vibez Creative Co or used with permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information, including information needed by payment providers, production partners and delivery services to fulfil your order.
LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
We remain responsible for our obligations to you as the seller, including when third parties manufacture or deliver products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPLAINTS
These terms are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Please send complaints to the contact details above. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, regulator, ombud or other dispute resolution body.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively. The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to govern that order unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
